My story is quite simple - I am an interior textile designer who is passionate about everything that I do. My camera is a part of me, as it goes with me wherever I go so that I never miss out on the opportunity to capture something which can inspire my work. I believe that travelling is the best way to broaden ones mind and capture new and exciting inspiration. I like the feeling of being absorbed by new places.



I love anything which has a vast amount of volume and texture to it, whether this is crumbling walls, peeling paint or an extremely volumous floral. I tend to take a lot of my inspiration from the world of botanics. I am fascinated by the vast variety of shapes, textures and colours that this world has to offer. I am passionate about exploring ways which I can take this inspiration forward into new designs by recreating my inspiration through stitch, printed textiles and fabric manipulation.



My sketchbooks capture the true sense of what I am inspired by. I feel that my sketchbooks breathe and ooze in inspiration, and could almost be considered to be something inspirational themselves. Researching is something which I am incredibly passionate about!
